Remei India practices organic agriculture and produces organic cotton and other organic crops in rotation. 

With the purchase guarantee to the farmers Remei takes on the risk of market access for this organic cotton. By paying an additional premium above the market price Remei gives the farmers a share in the value added and room for development.

The organic-farming business at Remei India Ltd. (formerly bioRe India Ltd.) works with around 2,000 smallholder farmers in the central Indian state of Madhya Pradesh  and Maharastra in a participatory way and is providing professional consultation to farmers through quality advisory and services all year round.
